Locally (Egypt):
Processing & Delivery Time:
● We process orders as quickly as possible.Standard shipping across Egypt takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on item availability.
● We do not deliver earlier than 5 days, unless the customer chooses to pick up the item from the nearest El Galla store.
Shipping Fees:
● Free shipping on all orders.
Internationally (GCC):
We’re happy to offer shipping to the GCC areas: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. International delivery typically takes up to 10 business days.

Order Tracking:
● Our sales team will contact you with tracking details once your order ships and will keep you updated until delivery.
● If there’s an unexpected delay, our support team will reach out with a solution.
Returns & Refunds
Returns (Local Orders):
Not completely happy with the item? You can return it within 3 days of receiving it, if:
● The item is unused
● It’s in its original packaging
● You have proof of purchase Wrong size
● If it’s a minor fix, we’ll take care of it immediately.
● If it can’t be fixed, you’re entitled to a refund—as long as you’re within the 3-day window and meet all return conditions.
After 3 days, refunds are not available, but we can assist you in reselling the item, pending inspection and approval.
Returns (International Orders):
● International orders are not eligible for refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
● In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide clear photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement.
● Wrong sizes will be assessed case-by-case. If it’s a minor fixable issue, we’ll guide you accordingly.
Refunds:
● Refunds are processed using the originalpayment method: ● Paid by credit card? You’ll receive the refund on your card.
● Paid in cash? You’ll receive a cash refund.
● Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return Shipping Costs:
● If the return is due to a change of mind, we will deduct 150 EGP from the refund to cover shipping.
● If the issue is our fault (e.g. wrong, damaged, or faulty item), we’ll handle it at no cost.
Exchanges:
● Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value.
● Just contact our team and we’ll take care of the rest. Non-Refundable Items: ● Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return.
● Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons—unless defective. Damaged or Defective Items:
● If your item arrives damaged or has an issue, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll take action immediately—either to fix or replace it.
