All products featured on our website are genuine diamond jewelry and include an official authenticity certificate.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and specifications, slight variations in size, weight, or appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
Prices and details displayed online may differ from those in our physical stores due to handmade weight variations, market price adjustments, or store promotions.
2. Prices & Payments

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Souhoola, Valu, and Forsa.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Delivery
Inside Egypt

• Orders are processed and delivered within 5–10 business days.
• Early delivery is only available for in-store pickup.
• Free shipping is provided for all local orders.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

• Delivery is within approximately 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Inside Egypt

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• For returns due to change of mind, 150 EGP will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.
• Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value.

GCC Orders

• Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Notification and photographic proof must be provided within 24 hours of receipt.

Custom Diamond Jewelry

• Custom-made or personalized diamond pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

5. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
6. Ring Size & Care

• Size charts are available on our website, or you may visit our store for assistance.
• To preserve your diamond jewelry, avoid exposure to perfume, water, or harsh chemicals. Store it in its original box and clean gently with a soft cloth.
